COST TO BE SUBMITTED IN A DESIGN PROPOSAL

SERVICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Inventory and measurement of relevant plants and trees, existing and/or nearby ecological systems, geology, soil health, grade changes, sun & wind exposures, drainage, hardscape, views, downspouts, site amenities and restraints to remain. Data will be added to the property survey to produce a computer drafted base sheet. Scale to be 1/8”= 1’-0”.
